Freshfields was established in 2009 and is based at Thingehill Court in Herefordshire. We specialise in field-grown fruit and vegetables and farm across the beautiful county of
Freshfields is part of a diverse group of both agricultural and non-agricultural businesses based at Thinghill Court owned and run by brothers James and Paul Hawkins.
We pride ourselves on being an agile and fast-growing company whose success is largely due to its hard-working and dedicated group of staff. Our committed core of forward-thinking directors and employees means that as a group we are constantly looking to improve our operational procedures, improve our produce and looking to challenge ourselves and our business.
We are all immensely proud of our strong farming heritage, and our genuine love of the land and desire to grow the very best quality produce, guides and informs everything we do.
